Free Trial Membership Terms and Conditions:   I understand I will receive unlimited washing for the package I select below for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the Trial Commencement Date set out on the front of this document, here by known as the “Trial Period”. All Trial Memberships will renew automatically to a monthly membership at the end of the Trial Period and will be billed at the rate set out on the front of this document, unless proper notice of cancellation has been received by Easywash no later than 12:01 a.m. of the day following the last full day of the Trial Period. Cancellations are ONLY accepted through the cancellation form in the customer service section of our website: easywash.com or from our sales office. For legal reasons we do not accept phone or email cancellations.     Limit of one Free Trial per License Plate Number. Easywash reserves the right to cancel this promotion or any trial member at any time for any reason at its sole discretion.     Monthly Unlimited Membership Terms & Conditions:   Membership is month to month for indefinite duration and for Personal Use Only. Commercial vehicles are prohibited from partaking in this promotion or our monthly memberships. A wireless Easytagtm will be placed in the bottom left hand corner of your windshield and will be used to identify you. Tampering with or removing the Easytagtm will render the tag inoperable and a $50 replacement fee will be charged. The Easytag is for the use of the above-mentioned vehicle ONLY and may not be transferred without the consent of Easywash. Any abuse of the Easytag will result in the non-refundable deactivation of your account. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts including but not limited to: Corporate Account Discounts, Prepaid wash cards, and/or Coupons. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle. All Trial Memberships will renew automatically to a monthly membership at the end of the Trial Period and will be billed at the rate I selected on the front of your signup form, unless proper notice of cancellation has been received by Easywash no later than 12:01 a.m. of the day following the last full day of the Trial Period. No refunds are given for converted memberships. 

In simple terms: YOU will inform Easywash before the end of my trial period if YOU wish to cancel your membership. If YOU do not notify Easywash within that timeframe your membership will be converted to a full price monthly membership. You understand there are no refunds given for converted memberships.
